Global project management for realizing massive and complicated art sculpture by collaborating with over 20 institutes. 

Installing massive artwork as well as inflatable mobile concert hall for the first time in Tokyo, designed by world-renowned architect Arata Isozaki and English sculptor Anish Kapoor. Event was aided the recovery from the East Japan Earthquake via music and art as embracing 10 year brand anniversary. Gaining high advertising Equivalency Value, more than ten-times return on its investment.

Reinterpretation of Japanese sensitivity and amplifying brand in the greenery and art context.【Good Design Award Winning】

Creating a new seasonal symbol of installation where light and mist dance through outdoor space inspired by traditional Japanese rock gardens.
Questioning core brand value once again and creating symbol of summer in a town, orchestrating various town activities across organization silos. Redesign the holistic strategy in order to have consistency and strong messages as a brand.
